Retail Store Operations Lead

Schedule: Part-time

Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)

Location: Stockton, CA


 

We’re growing our team and looking for a motivated Retail Operations Supervisor to support daily store operations and customer service excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and helping create a positive shopping experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide customers with accurate information about store products and available services
  • Support customer inquiries and requests both in person and by phone
  • Handle daily store opening and closing procedures
  • Oversee and coordinate sales floor activities to ensure efficient operations
  • Welcome customers and deliver courteous, professional assistance
  • Keep the sales floor, stock areas, and displays clean and well-organized at all times
  • Process customer purchases accurately, including payments and receipt issuance
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as necessary
  • Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by store management

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Prior sales, leadership, or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license required; bilingual skills are a plus
